About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Shoot and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand videos) 2. Create visually impactful video/photo content for Meta ads, Google Display Network and website commercials 3. Capture high-quality product images (studio and lifestyle) for e-commerce and social media 4. Maintain and elevate Capes India's visual identity across all content formats 5. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to ideate campaign-supporting content 6. Manage full post-production workflow (editing, sound design, color correction, graphics) 7. Assist with pre-production tasks (concept development, location scouting, prop styling, scheduling) 8. Research visual and content trends across digital platforms 9. Organize and maintain digital asset library for team access Requirements: 1. Proven photography/videography experience (portfolio required) 2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) 3. Strong storytelling skills with expertise in lighting and composition 4. Understanding of social media platforms and digital ad formats (Meta, Google Ads) 5. Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced deadlines 6.
