Job Title: Graphic Designer Intern Location: On Site , Ernakulam Job Type: Internship (2 Months) Stipend: Month 1: No salary (training period) Month 2: Performance-based stipend Post Internship: High performers may be offered a permanent role About Us: We are a digital marketing agency helping brands grow through creative design, smart marketing, and strong online presence. We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who wants to learn, grow, and possibly build a long-term career with us. Internship Role: This is a 2-month internship where you'll work with our creative team on real projects. In the first month, you'll learn, practice, and understand how our team works. If your performance is strong, you'll receive a stipend in the second month and may be offered a full-time job after the internship. Responsibilities: Create designs for social media posts, ads, websites, and branding Work with the content and marketing team to bring ideas to life Follow brand guidelines and design standards Accept feedback and make changes to improve your work Learn design tools, trends, and agency workflow Requirements: Basic knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma Creative mindset with a good sense of color, layout, and typography Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Good communication and time management A mini portfolio or sample work is a plus What You’ll Get: Real agency experience Internship certificate Flexible work timing (Remote option available) Performance-based stipend in the second month Chance to become a permanent team member Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 months Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
