Graphic Designer

InfluCon Digitals is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories for brands in Food, Fashion, D2C products, and Service industries.
Your work will directly shape the digital presence of multiple brands—through static posts, carousels, ad creatives, brand identity elements, and campaign visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

• Create engaging static posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, posters, and banners for multiple brands.
• Design for diverse industries while maintaining each brand’s visual identity and tone.
• Produce conversion-friendly creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners, etc.
• Work on brand kits — colors, typefaces, tone, and reusable templates.

Strategic & Brand-Aligned Design

• Understand creative briefs and convert them into high-quality visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the content team to align copy + design.
• Adapt designs based on performance insights and brand goals.
• Maintain consistency across all client deliverables.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Keep up with Instagram design trends, minimalistic layouts, viral formats, and engaging color schemes.
• Experiment with styles depending on the industry

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency experience is a bonus).
• Strong portfolio with social-media-focused creatives.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus).
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to handle multi-brand workloads and quick revisions.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
