Position: Graphic Designer, Video and Image editor About the Role: Work Location : Remote (Can be hybrid in near future) Schedule : Day shift - Monday to Friday Education : Bachelor's (Preferred) Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hours of flexible lunch break) Experience : Graphic Designing: 1 year (Required) Salary Range: 2.4 to 3.5 LPA Responsibilities: As the Graphic Designer, you'll shape clients" visual identity. Collaborate with our creative team to create compelling graphics across social media, websites, and print materials. 1. Tailoring Graphic Content: - Create visually appealing designs and videos based on client requirements. - Develop graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns. - Ensure consistency with brand image and messaging. 2. Ideation and Strategy: - Brainstorm social media creative strategies with the team. - Contribute to content calendars and stay updated on design trends. 3. Coordination and Deadlines: - Coordinate project submissions within the company. - Meet existing and new project deadlines. - Communicate effectively with project managers. 4. Client Engagement: - Understand client content needs. - Attend client meetings, provide design insights, and act on feedback. Skills and Qualifications : 1. Creativity and Adaptability: - Think outside the box and adapt to design challenges. - Proficiency in graphic design softwares (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc) is a plus. - Proficiency in video making and editing. - Eager to use AI video and image generation tools. 2. Understanding Client Needs: - Keen understanding of client requirements. - Translate briefs into visually appealing designs. 3. Portfolio and Passion: - Showcase your work and share your design inspiration. - Describe your favorite projects and approach to design challenges. 4. Collaboration and Communication: - Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interactions. PS - Knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Web3 or of Fintech Industry is a big plus.
