Graphic Designer (CorelDRAW & Adobe Illustrator Proficiency)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expert proficiency in both CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across a variety of media, with a strong emphasis on production-ready files for both digital and specialized print applications (e.g., large format, apparel, decor).

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution:
• Create compelling visual content including logos, vector illustrations, brochures, catalogs, packaging mock-ups, and large-format signage using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop designs for digital platforms, including website graphics, social media content, and email campaign assets.
• Vector & Production Mastery:
• Demonstrate expert technical knowledge in vector graphics creation, manipulation, and optimization within both CorelDRAW and Illustrator environments.
• Prepare and finalize artwork files for various output methods, ensuring correct color separation, bleeds, cut lines, and file formats (e.g., CMYK, Pantone, spot colors).
• Manage and maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and production files.
• Creative & Collaborative:
• Translate marketing briefs and creative concepts into visually appealing and brand-compliant designs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Print Production teams to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to revise and iterate on design concepts promptly.
• Brand Consistency:
• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, ensuring all visual materials accurately reflect the company's identity and visual standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Category Requirement Details Software Expertise (Mandatory)Expert proficiency in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite (especially for complex vector work and production) and Adobe Illustrator. Supporting Software Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign (for raster editing and multi-page layouts).Technical Knowledge Deep understanding of vector file structures, resolution requirements, pre-press procedures, color theory (CMYK/RGB/Spot), and typography. Experience 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a print-heavy or manufacturing environment. Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of print-ready designs and vector-based projects. Soft Skills High attention to detail, strong time management, excellent verbal communication, and creative problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
