Senior Graphic Designer

Location:

Koramangala

Working Days:

Monday to Friday

Joining:

Immediate to 15 Days

Design Leadership & Strategy

Lead the design process for a wide range of creative projects, including print, outdoor media, and digital collateral.
Collaborate with creative directors, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver innovative design solutions.
Maintain a high standard of design quality, creativity, and attention to detail across all projects.

Creative Concept Development

Conceptualize, sketch, and develop design ideas based on briefs and project requirements.
Prepare mood boards, storyboards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams.

Design Execution

Produce high-quality vector-based graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and outdoor media, ensuring brand consistency.
Create and refine graphics using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard software.
Ensure designs are optimized for production, considering technical specifications for both print and large-scale outdoor installations.

Project Management & Collaboration

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to create cohesive, compelling designs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them improve their skills and contribute effectively to the creative process.

Quality Control

Review and proofread all final designs before production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new design tools to bring fresh ideas to every project.
