Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative fresher to join our design team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career in graphic design within a professional publishing environment. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality visual materials that support both print and digital publishing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing layouts, illustrations, and graphics for textbooks, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Collaborate with senior designers, editors, and subject experts to ensure design consistency across projects.
• Prepare artwork files for both digital platforms and print production.
• Support the design team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts.
• Maintain organized design assets and project files for easy accessibility.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance output quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong visual sense with attention to layout, typography, and color balance.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of a publishing environment.
