Graphic Designer (Fresher)

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (Fresher) to become a part of our design team. The perfect candidate should possess a strong visual sense, a basic understanding of design principles, and a keen interest in producing engaging and innovative designs. Your main responsibility will involve collaborating with the marketing and content teams to create visual materials for both digital and print platforms. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in developing graphics and layouts for websites, social media, brochures, banners, presentations, etc. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to grasp project requirements and support branding and visual identity tasks such as logos, typography, icons, etc. Additionally, you will be editing images and graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques, receive feedback constructively, and make necessary revisions to designs. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW. Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of layout, color theory, and typography. Good communication and time management abilities are also required. A portfolio showcasing your design capabilities, whether academic or freelance work, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Any prior internship or freelance experience would be considered a plus.
