Graphic Designer

About the Role:

Formonex Solutions is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of hands-on experience in creating engaging and brand-consistent visuals for digital and print media. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, web, and product teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and presentations
• Develop layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards
• Create branding elements like logos, typography, and brand guidelines
• Work closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Maintain consistency in design across all brand channels
• Collaborate with web and app developers to deliver UI/UX-ready designs
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and branding
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across mediums
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UI/UX design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
• Familiarity with Canva, CorelDRAW, or other tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
