Graphic Designer - Fintech

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate the brand message effectively across digital and print platforms. Collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams, you will produce high-quality graphics that enhance the brand identity and engage the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media such as social media, websites, emails, brochures, and advertisements. - Collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and execute design projects. - Maintain and update brand guidelines for consistency across all design materials. - Prepare and deliver final artwork for print and digital production. - Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software tools. - Assist in developing graphics for presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred). - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across various mediums. - Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling. - Knowledge of web and digital design best practices, including social media and email marketing graphics. - Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred: - Experience with motion graphics or video editing. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design. - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.,
