Graphic Designer Executive

You will be joining our team as a Graphic Designer Executive, where you will play a crucial role in designing, producing, and managing high-quality visual content that reflects our brand identity and supports our marketing and communication objectives. Your creativity and attention to detail will be pivotal in ensuring that our visual materials are engaging and aligned with our branding guidelines. Your responsibilities will include creating high-quality graphics for both digital and print media platforms, ranging from social media posts and website banners to email campaigns and brochures. You will be tasked with designing original and visually appealing graphics and illustrations that resonate with our brand image. From developing creative concepts to executing design projects, you will be involved in every stage of the design process. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with our marketing team, content writers, and other departments to grasp project requirements and deliver impactful designs that cater to our target audience. Effective communication of design choices and project progress to stakeholders will be essential. Additionally, you will need to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications and deadlines. Your role will also involve reviewing and proofing all graphics to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with brand guidelines. By following established processes and feedback loops, you will uphold a standard of first-pass quality for all your designs. Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing will be crucial for your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, or similar software is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design work and creative abilities is essential. Moreover, a solid grasp of design principles, branding strategies, and user experience concepts will be beneficial. Your organizational, time management, and communication skills will be put to the test as you navigate multiple projects and collaborate within a team environment. This full-time position will require you to work Monday to Friday during the morning shift at our in-person location.
