Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

Design graphics for social media, websites, presentations, ads, email campaigns, print materials, and digital products.
Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with creative briefs.

2. Campaign Support

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns with cohesive visuals.
Adapt visuals for multiple channels (mobile, desktop, print).

3. Creative Ideation & Branding

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and visual storytelling strategies.
Develop and maintain brand visual guidelines.

4. Feedback & Iteration

Revise designs based on team and stakeholder feedback.
Track and manage feedback iterations effectively.

5. Collaboration & Workflow

Work closely with content creators, marketers, and developers to align visuals with messaging.
Maintain organized design files and documentation.

6. Innovation & Trends

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and visual communication techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency, in-house, or freelance environment.
Proven portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print.
Experience designing for social media, advertising, brand identity, and digital products.
Familiarity with basic motion design and video editing tools is a plus.
Portfolio: Required to submit a professional design portfolio with application.
