Graphic Designer DTP

In this role at The Perfect Impressions Factory (TPIF), you will be responsible for creating designs for customized packaging, tags, labels, boxes, branding, and corporate gifting products. You should have a strong technical understanding of printing machines, including screen printing, DTF, UV, laser, and sublimation printing. The ideal candidate will possess creative design proficiency for various materials like MDF, acrylic, vinyl, fabric, paper, glass, metal, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Create designs for customized packaging, tags, labels, boxes, branding & corporate gifting products. - Prepare print-ready files (DTP) with correct sizing, color formats, bleed, finishing & guidelines. - Coordinate with operators for laser cutting, UV printing, sublimation, screen printing & DTF printing. - Ensure quality consistency in print outputs across machines & materials. - Support in marketing designs such as product catalogues, social media creatives, packaging marketing inserts & brand collaterals. - Coordinate with vendors, printers & suppliers for outsourced printing when required. - Maintain organized archives of designs, samples & printing specifications. - Troubleshoot printing issues, color mismatches, machine settings & finishing problems. Essential Skills & Knowledge: - Strong DTP knowledge (Print-ready file creation) - Expertise in CorelDraw (must), Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (added advantage) - Practical experience in screen printing, DTF Printing, UV & Laser Printing, Sublimation Printing - Knowledge of print materials, GSM selection, die-cuts, lamination, foiling, embossing & finishing - Strong sense of visual aesthetics & branding - Basic understanding of marketing creatives - Knowledge of local Bhiwandi market for printing materials & vendors (preferred) Eligibility: - Minimum 5+ years experience in printing, gifting, packaging, or branding industry - Age 28+ - Experience working in printing press / packaging houses / gifting/ branding companies is a strong advantage - Must be able to commute to TPIF Thane office At TPIF, you will experience a creative and fast-paced environment working with premium brands and corporate clients.
