It will also be essential to maintain file organization and version control as per internal documentation procedures, troubleshoot any issues related to layout, color, or file format during the pre-press process, and ensure compliance with color theory, CMYK, Pantone color systems, and color separation techniques. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pre-Press Operator in a packaging company dealing with monocartons and labels. Being detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills is crucial, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and effective team coordination abilities will also be beneficial in this role.
