Job Description

Night shift

Key Responsibilities

Design and prepare artwork for print and large-format production using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry software
Create proofs, mockups, and final production files following FASTSIGNS brand standards
Communicate with customers during the design process and make revisions based on feedback
Understand sign materials, printing methods, color management, and file setup
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and ready for fabrication
Maintain organized project files and meet tight deadlines
Assist with on-site surveys, taking measurements and photos as needed
Ensure all designs are optimized for vinyl cutting, large-format printing, routing, and other production equipment

Requirements

2-4 years graphic design experience (signage/print shop experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
Knowledge of sign production processes (vinyl, large format printing, substrates, routing, etc)
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a sign shop as a Graphic designer
Experience preparing cut-ready vinyl files and print-ready files
Experience designing vehicle wraps
Familiarity with RIP software (Flexi, Onyx, etc)
