Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer in the e-commerce/education domain, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital assets, print media, branding, merchandise, and BTL activities. You will collaborate with the IT, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to develop webpage mock-ups, logos, illustrations, and marketing campaign creatives. Your role will involve generating concept routes, designs, and color palettes based on promotion themes, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. You will be tasked with preparing print media graphics for BTL and internal branding, managing the complete design process from conceptualization to implementation, and ensuring timely delivery of creative content as per media content calendar and department timelines. This position offers valuable exposure to the e-commerce and education segments, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Suite, with proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD. Additional experience with InDesign and CorelDRAW is preferred. Key skills for this role include expertise in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD, as well as hands-on experience with InDesign and CorelDRAW. You should excel in creating compelling storyboards that effectively convey design concepts, designing UI mock-ups with various concept routes, and adapting graphics across different media channels. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective interpersonal communication skills are essential in this collaborative team environment. Qualifications for this position include 3-5 years of relevant experience, an MFA or a relevant degree in design and fine arts, a design portfolio showcasing work with reputable brands in the e-commerce domain, and proficiency in written and spoken English. This role is based in Noida/NCR and requires a minimum of a graduate degree in any field.
