As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our dynamic digital team a group of exceptionally creative professionals dedicated to producing impactful content. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually compelling content for both online and offline campaigns. You will play a key role in developing innovative design strategies that break conventions and effectively communicate with the masses. Given the fast-paced nature of politics, we operate in a high-energy, round-the-clock environment. Collaboration is central to our work culture, ensuring that tasks are optimally distributed so that every team member has meaningful opportunities to contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for various platforms, including social media graphics, posters, hoardings, website elements, logos, and promotional merchandise.
- Develop maps, layouts, and visual renders for campaigns and events.
- Create infographics based on datasets and analytical insights.
- Maintain and organize an inventory of in-house and online visual graphics for future use.
- Ensure consistent branding standards across all organizational materials.
- Enhance content pieces visually, collaborating with teams across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in any industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong expertise in visual editing, storytelling, and design processes.
- Reading and writing proficiency in Tamil (Mandatory) and English.
