As a Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience, your role will involve creating engaging designs for digital and print platforms that align with the brand and marketing goals. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand guidelines. Additionally, you will revise designs based on feedback, prepare final graphics, and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools. Your ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design creatives for social media, websites, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing materials. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing campaigns. - Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all design outputs. - Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements. - Prepare final graphics for web and print, ensuring high-quality resolution. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools. - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Key Skills: - Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or Figma. - Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding. - Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). - Creativity with attention to detail and visual accuracy. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage time and work on multiple design requests.,
