Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs across digital and print platforms. The role involves conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative content that enhances the company’s marketing campaigns, social media presence, and overall brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and create engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, websites, brochures, banners, packaging, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop cohesive campaign visuals.
• Create layouts, graphics, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate messages.

Digital Content Creation:

• Design visuals and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Edit photos and videos as needed for marketing use.
• Optimize designs for various formats and screen sizes.

Brand & Strategy:

• Maintain consistency in all design work across the brand.
• Contribute innovative ideas for improving visual communication and user engagement.

Administrative & Collaboration:

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, or agencies when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.
• Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and translate ideas into visuals.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
