Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager

Graphic Design

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital and print — including social media creatives, product packaging, brochures, pitch decks, banners, and event collaterals.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure all visuals align with brand identity and campaign strategy.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital assets (colors, typography, layout, and tone).
• Stay updated on design trends and apply them to enhance brand engagement.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts that reflect brand tone and drive engagement.
• Write catchy captions and coordinate with the content/marketing team for campaigns.
• Track analytics and insights to evaluate performance and optimize content strategy.
• Engage with followers — responding to comments, DMs, and building a strong online community.
