We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

for our

Pune

location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. This role requires strong technical skills in

Adobe Creative Suite

and an ability to bring ideas to life that align with our brand culture.

What are your responsibilities

• Design and develop graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for digital and print.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support event branding, presentations, and social media content.
• Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and illustrations as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their design needs.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs.
• Work on motion graphics or basic video editing (if required).
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver on time.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve visual communication.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (corporate or agency experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and layouts.
• Ability to adapt designs to reflect company culture and messaging.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
