As an Order Tracking Administrator at our Pune location, we are seeking an individual whose attitude, skills, and work ethic reflect our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience, especially someone with a passion for AV technology. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the purchasing department to monitor and manage hundreds of purchase orders monthly, ensuring that orders are tracked effectively and keeping the operations team informed on a daily basis. You will be in regular contact with vendors, utilizing email or phone communication to discuss shipping timelines, updates, or any necessary modifications. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed to support the team.
