About Role:

This role focuses on designing and bringing ideas to life. Passionate about curating cool, and building the brand language with the art.

• Designing and communicating brand values via various forms of design and artwork.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Take charge of setting brand book and guidelines
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Ensuring the output aligns with expectations and company standards.
• Conducting quality checks on work before delivery.
• Using feedback to refine processes and enhance designs.
• To be thorough and to have an eye for detail.
• Understand the brand and curate merch products that resonates brands aesthetics
• Be responsible for moment marketing finds and curating smart creatives
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects

About You:

• A strong eye for visual composition and visual hygiene.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Can work under pressure and must be a team player.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Strong creative designing and visualizing skills to work on strategic pitches, brand campaign ideas, E-com, and social media.
• Experience and passion for creating exciting designs and compelling content for world's iconic brands.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
• Ability to perform as an individual contributor in fast-paced and ever changing environments
• Self-starter with expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
• Time-management, and communication skills are must
