Job Description

Graphic Designer - Management Consulting - 4+ Years - Bangalore/Pune

Looking for:

A Graphic Designer with strong skills in Adobe tools and at least 3 years of experience.

Location:

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and create graphics for presentations, marketing campaigns, reports, and internal/external communications.
Collaborate with consulting, marketing, and content teams to translate business insights into visually engaging designs.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to deliver cutting-edge visual content.
Develop storyboards, prototypes, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
Create and optimize graphic content for both digital and print platforms.
Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in graphic design, UI/UX, and visual content creation.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of motion graphics, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field preferred.
