Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer + Content Writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can develop engaging content across platforms while also translating ideas into visually compelling designs. This dual-role requires equal strength in both strategic writing and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Writer: -

• Create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for:
• Website pages & landing pages
• Social media platforms (captions, posts, campaigns)
• Email campaigns, newsletters, product descriptions
• Blog articles, press releases, internal communications
• Research and structure content for clarity, SEO, and audience relevance
• Ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency in brand tone, and proper formatting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to align content with business goals

Graphic Designer: -

• Design static and animated creatives for:
• Social media posts, reels, stories, banners
• Marketing collateral: brochures, pitch decks, event materials
• Website visuals: banners, infographics, illustrations
• Translate written content into visual formats that improve engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (agency or in-house)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English Hindi.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Canva (required)
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)
• Basic understanding of Figma or other UI tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO principles, content planning, and social media trends.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
