Job Description

Were looking for a versatile and efficient graphic designer who can create clean, effective infographics that complement career advice and professional insights. Speed, clarity and consistency are key.

Responsibilities

Design original infographics based on article content and data
Maintain visual consistency across thousands of articles
Adhere to brand and editorial design guidelines
Iterate on feedback quickly from editors and project leads
Optimize all graphics for web performance (fast load times, mobile compatibility)
Collaborate with writers and content coordinators to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of design experience, especially in editorial or infographic work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)
Ability to translate text into visual storytelling
Familiarity with accessible design practices
Fluency in English; meticulous attention to detail

KPIs

Turnaround time per graphic (target: less or equal to 24 hours)
Revision frequency (target: less than 1.5 rounds internally at vendor)
Visual clarity/engagement scores (qualitative editor feedback)
Adherence to brand guidelines
Graphics error rate (e.g., typos, incorrect data)
