Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer (2–5 years of experience) to join our digital marketing and advertising team on a project-based contract. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging visuals that reflect our brand identity and meet campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact visual content for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and refine branding elements, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and (if applicable) motion graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce designs aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain design consistency across all deliverables.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Handle multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Optimize designs for both web and mobile formats.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience creating social media graphics, web banners, and advertisements.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Kannada (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
