Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for online and offline marketing materials (social media, website, print, etc.) Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and product promotion Develop branding and visual identity materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns Social Media Management: Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Analyze and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
