- Packaging Design: Lead the design of cans, tins, cartons, and labels with strong shelf appeal and compliance with industry standards.
- Brand Identity: Develop and refine visual identity, logos, typography, and brand style guides. - Marketing Collaterals: Create posters, flyers, brochures, catalogs, trade show materials, POSM, and in-store branding assets. - Motion & Video Support: Build short animations, GIFs, reels, and video edits to support campaigns. - Collaborate with product managers, digital marketing manager, procurement teams and vendors for final delivery. - Keep up with emerging tools, AI-driven design workflows, and design trends to keep the brand ahead.
The role requires someone who understands the paint/FMCG industry and is hands-on with the latest design tools and trends. From designing a paint container to building visuals for a campaign, hell be shaping the brand’s identity across all touchpoints.
