Job Description

We’re hiring a Performance Graphic Designer to help build and scale our visual creative engine. This role focuses on high-converting static ads, PDP creatives, and AI-powered design for a fast-growing D2C brand.

What you’ll do

Design premium static ads for Meta (statics, carousels, banners)

Create thumbnails and hero images for ads, website, and PDPs

Use AI tools to generate product renders, lifestyle scenes, and rapid variants

Build clean Shopify PDP assets like icons, infographics, and comparison visuals

Support landing pages, email creatives, WhatsApp campaigns, and promotions

Collaborate with performance marketing and video teams

Deliver high-volume creatives while maintaining quality and brand consistency

What we’re looking for

1–3 years of design experience in D2C, FMCG, wellness, or agency setups

Strong skills in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Firefly, Runway)

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy

Ability to execute fast and handle high creative output

Portfolio showcasing digital ads or brand-focused design work

Nice to have

Basic motion graphics or GIFs

Light video editing (CapCut)

Ability to shoot simple product photos

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
