Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer with expertise in packaging design, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative packaging solutions that enhance the overall customer experience while aligning with brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include developing functional and visually appealing packaging designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create mockups and final artworks, ensuring designs meet printing and production requirements, adapting visual assets for various marketing materials, and maintaining brand consistency across all projects. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest packaging trends, manage multiple projects efficiently, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. You should possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with hands-on experience in packaging design, print processes, and material understanding. Your creative skills should be complemented by attention to detail, typography, layout, and color, along with knowledge of branding, marketing communication, and consumer psychology in packaging. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in packaging design. Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail industries will be advantageous.
