Job Description

Objectives of this role -

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using Adobe Suite to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet marketing goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload.
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videos.
• Willingness to learn, grow and shape yourself to fit the required needs for the company.

Responsibilities -

• Understand the design brief and understand what is needed.
• Create/edit images, illustrations, logos, videos and layouts for social media, outdoor media, website, catalogue, presentations, etc.
• Choose the right colours and layouts for each design.
• Collaborate with writers, 3D artists, sales and the creative leader to finish the design.
• Make sure the final graphics and layouts look good and match the brand.
• Editing videos for reels, shots, etc. and editing videos for social media platforms.
