Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, confident, and dedicated Graphic Designer based in Bangalore to work with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting the UK Project and Programme Services (PPS) Client Development Team for the region's Win Work activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design/visual communication or an equivalent bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in graphic design.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Design Skills:Ability to produce high-quality, creative, and attractive reports, brochures, bid documents, and basic motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A strong eye for technical detail and visual composition.
• Adept at wider design knowledge and Global Thinking.
• Understanding project requirements and translating them into creative solutions.
• Work Ethic:Proactive towards knowledge sharing and adapting to new skill sets.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end graphic requirements in a bid process, managing inputs and expectations from bid teams.
• Able to use own initiative, prioritize, plan workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Brand Adherence: Follow and maintain global brand guidelines and standards.
• Teamwork: Adapt the One team culture by accepting & appreciating others design goals.
• Communication & Verbal Skills:Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to negotiate and deal with Project Managers across global regions daily.
• Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Production: Produce high-quality reports and other documentation for external use and publication.
• Bid Graphics: Produce high-quality graphics for use within bids and formal submissions.
• Marketing Collateral: Design and create collateral for marketing initiatives in collaboration with business development managers.
• Project Management: Work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Brand Advocacy: Adherence to AtkinsRalis brand guidelines and advocating for best practices with regard to the brand.
• Collaboration: Work as part of an integrated design team and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Quality Assurance: Attention to detail, able to self-check and correct work.

Management

• Support in keeping the team's productivity and be part of workload calls with management in Bangalore and other Global Design teams.
• Helping the wider business in terms of building a good client rapport.
