Role Overview: As a graphic designer at Arlox.io, you will be responsible for designing high-converting ads for various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Leadership team to bring your designs to life and analyze real data to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-converting ads including Reels and statics for Facebook, Instagram, etc. - Utilize AI tools to generate and refine design concepts. - Collaborate with the Leadership team to implement designs and analyze data to determine successful ad campaigns. - Use data analysis to identify reasons for the success or failure of different ad campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator. - Possess a portfolio demonstrating a strong design sense. - Demonstrated passion for continuous learning, seeking feedback, and contributing to the team. - Strong sense of ownership and desire to make a significant impact within the company.
