Graphic Designer and Illustrator

The duties and responsibilities for this position include creating original illustrations in various styles such as vector, hand-drawn, and digital painting for brand, corporate, marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media content, and other materials. You will be required to develop illustrations based on project briefs and creative direction, conceptualize and sketch initial design concepts, and refine illustrations based on feedback and revisions. In addition, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing layouts for print and digital materials like brochures, flyers, posters, website banners, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations. You will need to develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand application across all materials, select appropriate typography, imagery, and color palettes, and prepare files for print and digital production. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will need to work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. You will also be required to present design concepts, gather feedback, and work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production. As part of project management, you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, organize and maintain design files, and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques. The requirements for this position include proven experience as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and projects, proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, as well as other relevant design software like Figma and Sketch. A strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition is essential, along with excellent illustration skills and the ability to create original artwork. Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the education requirement is a Diploma (Preferred).
