About the Role

Graphic Designer

You will collaborate closely with the strategy, content, and ads teams to deliver visually cohesive, trend-driven, and high-quality creatives for multiple brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Identity

• Develop complete

  Branding Kits

  , including logo concepts, color palettes, typography, iconography, brand patterns, and style guides.

• Create visual identities from scratch for new brands and refresh existing brand identities.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create engaging static and motion graphic creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  
• Design performance-focused creatives for paid ad campaigns.
  
• Design banners, thumbnails, newsletters, website assets, and presentation decks.
  
• Work on campaign concepts with the content and strategy teams.
  

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Brainstorm visual ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.
  
• Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling creative output.
  
• Work closely with the video team for reels, animations, and storyboards.
  

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a design role (agency experience is a plus).
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding work + social media design.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  
• Knowledge of Figma/Canva for quick mockups is a bonus.
  
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Awareness of current design trends, especially GenZ coded digital aesthetics.
  

Good to Have

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro).
  
• Experience with packaging design.
  
• Ability to ideate visual directions for campaigns.
  
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals.
