Graphic Designer - Advertising Agency

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our dynamic and growing advertising agency, your role will involve leading the conceptualization and execution of creative assets across digital and print media. You will develop compelling visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and advertising. Collaboration with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to deliver client-ready designs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high quality and consistency. Providing design direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and participating in brainstorming and creative review sessions are also part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets across digital and print media. - Develop compelling visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and advertising. - Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to deliver client-ready designs. - Manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high quality and consistency. - Provide design direction and constructive feedback to junior designers (if applicable). - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh and innovative output. - Participate in brainstorming and creative review sessions with internal teams and clients. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of professional experience in a creative or advertising agency environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across digital and print mediums. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). - Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma or Adobe XD preferred). - Excellent time-management and multitasking skills. - Strong visual communication and typography skills. - Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team. In addition to the above qualifications, experience in healthcare, education, and lifestyle brands, animation/motion graphic skills, basic knowledge of video editing software, and experience managing client presentations or briefs would be considered nice to have.,
