Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate

Graphic Designer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing for media, digital marketing, and publishing platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals across a variety of mediums that support our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and layout of books, magazines, brochures, newsletters, and posters. Develop illustrations and graphic elements aligned with brand guidelines. Create visually appealing marketing collateral including merchandise, digital content, and print materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and content to deliver high-quality creatives.
Ensure consistency in designs and maintain overall aesthetic standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 2-3 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in media, digital marketing, or publishing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Macromedia Flash (optional but preferred)

Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout. Experience in merchandise design is a plus.

Education

Degree/Diploma from a recognized Graphic Design institution such as the College of Art or equivalent.

Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with the ability to work across departments.
