Role & responsibilities

Graphic Designer Brand & Content

hands-on role

Primary Responsibilities (Graphics Core Focus)

  • Create

    daily social media creatives

    (posts, banners, announcements)
  • Prepare

    apparel mockups using PSD templates

  • Create brand creatives for products, launches, and campaigns
  • Maintain

    visual consistency

    across all brand assets
  • Organise and manage design files (PSD, AI, exports) in a clean structure

Secondary Responsibilities (Operations Regular, Not Heavy)

  • Manage and update

    design-related trackers / folders

  • Ensure

    correct files are prepared and shared

    as per internal process
  • Coordinate internally to ensure designs are

    completed on time

  • Follow defined workflows to avoid errors or rework
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and close them independently

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have

  • 1-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Strong knowledge of

    Adobe Photoshop

    (PSD templates used daily)
  • Working knowledge of

    Adobe Illustrator

  • Experience creating

    social media creatives

  • Comfortable handling

    multiple design tasks and priorities

    on a daily basis
  • Able to manage

    both creative and routine tasks

  • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented

Good to Have

  • Video editing or motion graphics knowledge
  • Experience working with structured workflows or trackers
  • Interest in branding, sports, fitness, or lifestyle content
