Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design engaging and visually impactful exhibition stalls, kiosks, and event displays. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in 2D/3D stall concepts, and the ability to translate brand identity into physical spaces that attract and engage visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design exhibition stalls, booths, and event branding concepts in 2D & 3D.
• Develop layouts, graphics, mockups, and renders to present stall design ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure brand consistency and effective visual communication across all designs.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, signage, backdrops, and display graphics.
• Work closely with vendors and fabricators to ensure designs are feasible and delivered within budget and timelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovative stall design ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stall design, exhibition design, or event branding.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and 3D software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
• Excellent sense of spatial design, color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Exhibition Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Prior experience working with exhibition agencies, event companies, or marketing teams.
• Understanding of printing processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
