Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and providing creative guidance to junior team members are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and create 3D models, textures, and animations - Develop and execute motion graphics and visual effects - Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative concepts - Integrate 3D graphics and motion graphics into video projects - Stay updated with industry trends and software updates - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Provide creative input and guidance to junior team members - Proficiency in software such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop - Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and layout - Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in 3D design, animation, motion graphics, or related field - 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design, 3D modeling, and motion graphics Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in Ad Agency, Broadcast Media, or Production house.
