As a Graphic Designer (3D artist & Motion Graphics) at Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, your role will involve designing and creating 3D models, textures, and animations for various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engage audiences. Collaboration with the creative team to generate innovative concepts for digital projects will be a key part of your job. Working closely with producers, directors, and editors, you will integrate 3D graphics and motion graphics into video projects. It is essential to stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates to ensure the work meets industry standards. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and providing creative input and guidance to junior team members will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in industry-standard software such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop. A strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and layout is necessary. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines are crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in 3D design, animation, motion graphics, or a related field, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in an Ad Agency, Broadcast Media, or Production house is preferred. The compensation for this role ranges from 3.60 LPA to 5.40 LPA, with a bond requirement of a minimum of 1.6 years.,
