As a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer at Micro Mitti, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals that align with marketing and branding needs. Your role will involve executing design projects based on provided briefs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design specifications. You will have the opportunity to work extensively on various marketing assets such as print collateral, hoardings, newspaper ads, digital ad material, social media creatives, thumbnails, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop creative designs for both print and digital materials - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visualizing concepts aligning with marketing objectives - Utilize appropriate resources for images and graphics - Proficiently use tools like Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator - Collaborate effectively with the marketing team and communicate with stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field - 8+ years of graphic design experience - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - Experience with stock image platforms - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles - Ability to follow briefs meticulously and deliver within deadlines - Attention to detail and ability to produce polished designs Join Micro Mitti, a fast-growing PropTech company, where you can work on diverse design projects, showcase your creativity, and contribute to impactful campaigns.
