About the role:

You’ll work on creating high-quality social media creatives and thumbnails. If you rely on pre-made templates, this isn’t the place. We want someone who understands design fundamentals and can produce clean, engaging visuals consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design daily social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create strong, high-retention thumbnails for YouTube, reels, and ads.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Convert one design into multiple size variations when needed.
• Collaborate with the content/marketing team on concepts and ideas.
• Deliver work on time with proper quality control.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator (one is mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus (not required).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, spacing.
• Creativity + original thinking, not template dependency.
• Ability to take feedback and apply it without ego.

Educational Background / Course Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Graphic Design course, Multimedia course, Design diploma, or any relevant certification.
• Self-taught designers with a solid portfolio are equally welcome — but your work must speak for itself.
• Basic understanding of branding and social media trends (even beginner level is fine if you learn fast).
