Graduate Trainee

Required Key Skills:

1. Having experience Automotive / Metal Cutting industry.

2. Assembly process of Gear box, Pump and Injection Systems.

3. Working Knowledge & Experience in

• Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
• Development of SPMs & Process of proving out in SPMs.
• Poka Yoke Vision system
• Fixture design & Assembly Tool design and selection
• Selection of Assembly power tools like DC Nut runners, electrical torque

Wrenches.

• Development of Assembly test rigs using torque, flow & temperature sensors.
• APQP, PFMEA, operation flow stage drawing & SOP.
• SPMs using load cell, LVDT & PLC (programme Logical Controller)
• Auto Cad, Solid Works, Excel & PPT.

Key Responsibilities* *Data Collection & Analysis*

Capture and analyze real-time data from CNC machines, assembly lines, and testing machines.

Support dashboard creation for OEE, downtime, and quality metrics.

Provide reports and insights to senior engineers for process improvement.

*AI Vision Systems*

Assist in implementing AI/ML-based vision systems for in-line quality inspection

. Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of vision systems.

Document inspection results and support defect traceability

. *Shop Floor Digitalization*

Convert paper-based production and quality records into digital formats.

Support implementation of paperless approvals, checklists, and reports.

*Qualifications*

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and digital tools.

Familiarity with MS Excel / Power BI, and AI/vision systems (added advantage).
