Graduate Trainee

Role Overview: You are a passionate Electrical & Electronics Engineer joining the production team to enhance processes for efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world production activities and growth opportunities into a full-time engineering role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing and developing jigs and fixtures to improve process efficiency and accuracy. - Actively participate in Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production line. - Support day-to-day production activities including Inward Quality Control (IQC), product assembly, and on-line support. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing queries and ensure smooth material flow for production. - Support in carrying out testing, inspection, and validation of products to meet quality standards and customer requirements. Qualification Required: - Strong in circuit design, wire harness design, drawing reading, and knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Familiarity with CAD tools, MS Excel, statistical analysis software, and supply chain management systems. - Good technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. - Effective communication, presentation skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Willingness to travel for business purposes and adaptability in dynamic production environments.
