Electrical & Electronics Engineering | Production

As an Electrical & Electronics Engineer joining our production team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. Your hands-on experience in real-world production activities will pave the way for your growth into a full-time engineering position. - Assist in the design and development of jigs and fixtures to improve process efficiency and accuracy in tooling & process development. - Actively participate in Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production line in continuous improvement. - Support day-to-day production activities including Inward Quality Control (IQC), product assembly, and on-line support in production operations. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing queries and ensure smooth material flow for production in supplier & manufacturing support. - Support in carrying out testing, inspection, and validation of products to meet quality standards and customer requirements in product testing & validation. You are expected to possess the following: - Strong skills in circuit design, wire harness design, drawing reading, and knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Proficiency in CAD tools, MS Excel, statistical analysis software, and supply chain management systems. - Good technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. - Effective communication, presentation skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and multilingual teams. - Willingness to travel for business purposes and adaptability in dynamic production environments. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree related to Electrical Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering completed within the last 18 months. - Minimum CGPA of 7.0 with no standing arrears. - Fresh graduates are eligible; candidates with up to 1 year of total experience may also apply.,
