As a Technical Inside Sales Specialist at Dell Technologies in Casablanca, you will be an integral part of the Inside Product Specialist team, responsible for delivering technical solutions to address customers" varying needs. Your role will involve providing technical consultation to the sales organization to help meet or exceed its goals, staying updated on new products and technology trends, and effectively communicating with customers to position Dell Technologies products and services against alternative solutions.
