Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Insurance Executive, located in Kochi. The Graduate Insurance Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include handling insurance policies, providing advisory support, facilitating insurance brokerage tasks, and ensuring seamless financial transactions. The role requires maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism while working closely with clients to address their needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge or experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
• Basic understanding of Finance and its relevance to the insurance sector
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
