Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs)

Role & responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs to gain technical and practical knowledge in Production Engineering.
• Assist senior engineers in design, development, testing, and production-related projects.
• Support day-to-day operations in production engineering activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement industry best practices.
• Contribute to the completion of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Develop a solid understanding of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry standards and practices.
• Document learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
